What is DealerHub?
DealerHub is used car dealer software built in Canada for independent dealerships, available to dealers anywhere in the country. It works as a dealer management system (DMS) and a dealer website platform in one. Your team manages vehicles, customers and paperwork in a web dashboard, and your public website, marketplace listings and AI sales chat all work from the same records. How DealerHub works, day to day
1. A vehicle arrives
Scan or type the VIN. DealerHub fills in the available specifications and adds the unit as Incoming.
2. Get it ready and publish it
Add photos, price and notes, then mark it Available. It shows on your dealer website with its CARFAX Canada information. If you've switched them on, it also goes to AutoTrader.ca and CarGurus in the next nightly feed.
3. A shopper has questions, any time of day
The AI sales chat on your website answers questions about the car around the clock. When the shopper reaches out, you follow up from your lead pipeline, with their history in one customer profile.
4. Structure the deal
Start the deal from the vehicle or the customer, so the details you've already entered carry over. Choose cash or financed, complete the credit application, record the deposit, and generate the Bill of Sale.
5. Close it out and review
Vehicle status updates as the deal moves to Pending and Sold. Your reports show what sold, what's aging and how your pipeline is moving.

Both. DealerHub is dealer management software, covering inventory, CRM, deals and documents, and it includes a hosted dealer website fed from the same inventory.
Do I need to install anything?
