What DealerHub inventory management does
Inventory is the centre of DealerHub. Each vehicle gets one record holding its VIN-decoded specifications, photos, price, notes, CARFAX Canada information, status and where it's published. Because everything else in DealerHub reads from that record, you update a vehicle once. You don't fix it on your website, then on each listing site, then on the paperwork.

When a customer is ready, create a deal directly from the vehicle record, with the vehicle's details already attached.
How it works, day to day
- Morning: check what's Incoming and what's ready to go Available. Units still being reconditioned stay off the front line until you say so.
- On the lot: scan a new trade's VIN from your phone and start its record standing beside it.
- At the desk: add photos, set the price and switch the unit to Available. It appears on your website and goes to the marketplaces you've enabled.
- When it sells: start the deal from the vehicle. Its status moves to Pending, then Sold, without a separate update.

What does "Call for Price" mean?
