What the Wholesale Network does

Most dealers move wholesale units through phone calls, group texts and auctions. The DealerHub Wholesale Network gives you a private place to list those units for other DealerHub dealerships. Buyers search and browse with photos, wholesale price and seller details, and when they're ready, they start a wholesale deal with the vehicle, seller and price already attached.

Who can see it

Wholesale listings are visible only to signed-in DealerHub dealerships. They aren't shown to the public or on your retail website.

Who it's for

Dealers who regularly wholesale trades that don't fit their lot, and dealers looking to source units from other dealers. The network grows as more dealerships join DealerHub during early access.

What's included

Dealer-only listings

List eligible units privately to other DealerHub dealerships. Wholesale inventory isn't shown to the public.

Search and browse

Search by make, model, year, stock number or VIN, and switch between grid and list views.

Complete listing details

Each listing shows photos, wholesale price, mileage, colours, seller details and notes visible only to dealers.

Create a wholesale deal

Start a buyer-side wholesale deal from the listing, with the vehicle, the seller and the listing price already attached.

No wholesale fees

DealerHub doesn't charge fees for listing or buying through the Wholesale Network.

How it works, day to day

Selling: mark a vehicle as wholesale-visible in inventory and list it in the network. Add dealer-only notes, such as condition remarks you'd share with another dealer.
Buying: search the network for the units you need, review photos and details, and reach the seller using the details on the listing.
Closing: start the wholesale deal from the listing and complete it with a wholesale Bill of Sale.
